The Guild Commemorates 30 Years

Back in 1993, The Guild of Property Professionals officially opened its doors for the first time. Promising to be a network of trustworthy professionals, The Guild began recruiting the best estate and letting agents in the country, by working together these founding Guild Members raised and continue to maintain standards in the property industry while helping buyers and sellers move with confidence. 

A lot may have changed in the past 30 years for the property industry and housing market, but our principals remain the same, and we are now a network of over 800 Members from England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales. 

We have proved our worth along the way too! Currently holding the title for a second consecutive year for the UK’s Best Estate Agency Network awarded to us by The ESTAS. Guild Members have over 10,000 reviews and an average customer service rating of 96.5%* from verified home movers across the UK.
