The ESTAS was a successful and joyous affair for many of our Guild Members, but none more so perhaps than for the winner of our Guild Agent of the Year Award - C residential. The award was picked up by Angi Cooney, owner of the award-winning agency and proud Guild Brand Ambassador, as her team were selected from over 800 estate agents across the UK to win the prestigious award at last month's ESTAS ceremony.
Not only did C residential pick up this coveted award, they also won Gold Estate Agent for the West Midlands and Best in County for Staffordshire in the Sales category. No mean feat in an industry with so much competition, Angi feels she has a lot to thank The Guild for when it comes to her business' success at the ESTAS over the past few years;
“We enter the ESTAS as we believe by getting feedback from our customers it helps us to improve our customers experience and expectations. We have high standards when it comes to the client experience so to be recognised by The Guild is truly an honour for us as a company.
"The Guild is industry recognised for having the ‘best of the best’ agents within it, therefore for us to be recognised by them is amazing. The Guild are leading the way when it comes to estate agency practices and their professionalism mirrors our own."
Being a Member of an award-winning Network gives our agents the tools they need to be able to set themselves strides ahead from other agents in their area. Each Member is carefully and specifically chosen to represent their area as the exclusive Guild agent. CEO of The Guild, Iain McKenzie, tells us how proud he is of Angi and her team for their continued commitment to The Guild and their Brand Ambassador scheme which truly assists in firmly putting C residential ahead of the crowd in Staffordshire;
"Angi and her team typify everything that is great about The Guild Membership. Being honest, hardworking and professional is the backbone of C residential. When you add flair, leading marketing techniques and exceptional customer care focus, it is inevitable that their customers would rate them so highly on the ESTAs platform. Can any Guild Member or new joiner better them next year?"
