The Guild of Property Professionals has achieved the milestone of hitting over 11,000 ESTAS reviews with an average customer rating of 96.5%. The network has received 11,033 verified reviews from home movers, who have used a Guild agent who utilise The ESTAS Review platform.
The preferred review partner of The Guild of Property Professionals, ESTAS customer review and awards platform is exclusively for professionals within the property sector. Currently around 120 of the 800 strong Guild Member network are using the platform, so there is far more potential to increase the number of reviews received. The platform places a spotlight on agents, conveyancers and mortgage brokers who deliver exceptional customer service. Based off customer reviews, The Guild of Property Professionals has won the ESTAS Agency Network of the Year in 2021, and again in 2022.
